Hmm.. I wouldn't buy it but instead have a serious look at the new 6D,
because the 6D

- weights much, much less (which mean you will decide to take it with you
more frequently)
- has live view with magnification, which will serious help you to make the
most of your zuiko's (and is in fact the only reason I would consider
upgrading from my 5D)
- is newer, only $500 more expensive, will have guarantee, you don't need
the sensor cleaned (immediately, and I think these Canon's finally have
some dust removal system, dont know about the 1ds MkII)
- smells beter (new camera's...;-)
- and I don't consider the 28-135mm very special (and so does the current
owner ;-). It is a mediocre lens from the film age. For crop models maybe
still suitable, but not on FF.

Good luck with your choice.

And by the way, I'll wait for the Sony mirrorless FF ;-). I think these
DSLRs are the dinosaurs of our time too. And I would like an EVF, because
that would be more convenient with manual focussing my Zuiko's.
