You can buy them made from very old molds. I'd have to look the company
up, but they have been making tin ceilings for over 100 years and still use
the same molds. You send them the dimensions of your room and they make
recommendations about which patterns to use. The first one Tom installed
in our house in Rock Hill he painted white to cover up some of his
mistakes. It still looks wonderful. This time he was confident enough to
leave it the original tin color and just apply a sealer. He should be an
expert by the time he gets around to doing the basement ceiling!
