Nope, this is the real thing. The 'Woudagemaal' (1920) is the largest
steam-driven pumping station in the world still in use (about 14 days a
year, in times of heavy rain/ melting snow, this station helps the regular
pumping station to get rid of the water in Fryslan, a Dutch province).

It is quite impressive with 4 large steamengines, each with their own steam
supply (300 °C/ 572 °F), driving 8 pumps. And it contains some nice details
as well: <http://wijsmuller.eu/picture.php?/1101/category/50> (an edit of a
picture in the gallery below after some comments of my fellow photoclub
members ;-).

More pictures in <http://wijsmuller.eu/index.php?/category/48>. All with
e-m5 and 12-50mm

C&C greatly appreciated.

Best, Frank.
