Me too.

Adobe has already 'fixed' ACR for the E-M5, to their taste/standards. And that
is very close to Oly default settings
JPEGs, as it should be, but with better highlight retention. The curves in Fig
1 of "RAW is Not Raw" show how closely
they stayed to classic 4/3 response curves - right up to the near the top.

If you like 4/3 JPEGs, you will probably find default ACR conversions of most
subjects appealing. If you want a
different interpretation of the ORF file, you use the many sliders and the
curves adjustments in ACR (the same
adjustments available in a slicker interface in LR) to your taste and save them
as profile(s) for your future use.

I've briefly compared ACR to Oly's Viewer 2. The default results are very
similar, to my eye - except in the highlights.
Viewer 2 has no useful ability I could find to pull down highlight tonal detail
compressed into the tip of the
histogram, let alone interpolate blown channel(s) based on the un-blown one or
two and surrounding pixel data. ACR does
a wonderful job of those.
