That is exactly what I want to do - scan as Raw and process later.  I just
need to know how to set all of the parameters in the software for scanning
as Raw.  Do I just ignore the Color tab with its ICC profiles, etc., in
order to scan as Raw?  I think I'm scanning as Raw now and saving those
files in a folder.  Then I select all of the ones in the folder and "scan"
them again from the file applying the ICC profiles and infrared cleaning
saving them in another folder as Processed.  Is that right?
