My experience in most east coast delis is a) they've never heard of it 
or b) it's not on the menu but the owner is from NYC, knows very well 
what it is and he'll be happy to make me one by substituting pastrami on 
his regular Reuben.  But it will certainly come with sauerkraut and not 
the coleslaw mentioned in the Wiki article.
