There was a problem in the  camera, I don't remember what, but the exact 
same thing failed on nearly every one within only months. The response from 
Oly? Not our problem. Dealers left to explain that the camera that they sold 
was a pile of crap and now they needed to guy another of another brand. 
Result? Really really really mad customers. Later they admitted the fault, 
but the dealers were no longer dealers for Oly so didn't do much good. As it 
turns out dealers have long memories, so good luck getting one to pick up 
the new line.
