Can you describe this.  I tried coupling the 5D to the OM bellows many 
years ago and, perhaps my memory is faulty, but I seem to recall that 
the body didn't want to mate comfortably with the bellows.  Is a short 
extension tube required to avoid the frontal protrusion of the prism 
housing?  What lens are you using for a 1:1 image?
