Hello Chuck:

I use a 7mm extension tube to mount the 5D on the bellows. The 80mm
macro as lens.
The whole unit is mounted on a solid block of steel for stability.
For light I use a cold light slide viewing tablet mounted to the other
end. (a flash would do just as good I suppose, but I don't have any:).
The convenience with the 5DII is that with the cold light and enlarged
live view focussing is very easy.
I put the aperture at f8-11 and use the cable release and silent shutter mode 1.

All the best,

Iwert
