Looks good in older reviews. Recent AppStore reviews are very negative. 
Apparently hasn't been updated for new IOS, and

That looks pretty good. Probably the solution.

CloudOn looks interesting. It's the free one of a few that run actual MS Office 
apps on a server for you. Some folks 
have too much latency to make it work for them

Our problem would be that we are used to Ancient Word ('97), and the latest is 
quite different. Might as well bite the 
learning curve bullet with a native iApp.
