Chuck,
All of them, I never take a tripod on study trips (I also avoid coffee:).
Way to cumbersome in a large group of students at a fast moving pace
through town and buildings.
The shift panoramas are handheld as well. Very convenient with the
friction operated OM shift, almost impossible with a screw driven
mechanism.
I might take a tripod this year as I am planning to do some night
photography with the students possibly, but it will mostly stay in the
hotel room.
