I think I'm with Joel here, in that I look at my 5D (classic, so no LV) as
a digital back for my OM lenses. And not as a digital camera that must
compete with the latest and the greatest.

With the EMF adapter, AF confirmation is not a big problem, it works wel
and the back/front focus om my favourite lenses (18mm, 35-80mm) is OK.

The exposure is something to be alert on, as it varies with the diaphragm
used. But easily corrected by another, compensated, shot.

I'm fully aware how it could serve this goal even better, but
unfortunately, that camera is not on the market yet. That is why I'm
interested in both a speed booster for NEX/ Fuji or a Full Frame NEX
(which, if the RX1 price levels are an indication) I will not be able to
buy.

In the mean time, I enjoy my OM lenses with this bulky camera. As I say to
my kids, fitness is more expensive ;-)
