Forgive me but...'temporal oversampling' seems to me to be a cute way of saying 
'we took more than one shot' but very, very quickly.
Clever, but not entirely new.
Fuji had neat sensors with two types of pixels for on the chip HDR improvement.
Sony have been blending multiple exposures with decent results for HDR and 
noise reduction  - it's slow but.
This does much the same thing but - the example shows improved shadow detail.
I wonder how it goes trying to quickly 'reset' a blown highlight CMOS pixel.
