These numbers are not absolute, they are relative to the fastest speed of
the lens. Since the light meter meters the light as received through the
lens, without knowing the (speed of the) lens attached.

So at maximum diaphragm, they are 0 (or 0.5 for a 50-90 or 1 for the 100
and 150). Faster lenses like the 42mm have 0 - 6, slower for instance the
150mm 1 - 5.
