Yes, so long as your wireless is GSM. There is no other system in UK.
If you do use a US cellphone here you will likely get roaming access
to any of the UK networks, but be very wary of the cost of data, as I
expect that it would be additional to any data plan you have. And if
it's an iPhone, double check!
