Is there an Android tablet with both SD slot, USB and the ability to use an
external HD? A quick look at top reviewed
A-tabs shows either no storage expansion or only mini-SD.
The iPad is quite frustrating to me as a photographer. It will apparently
import Raw files from SD cards with the
adapter and has many apps for image viewing and manipulation.
But to date, options for using an external HD are poor. Jail breaking and using
iFile does allow copying files to an
external HD. I'd never considered jail breaking. And it's out for the moment,
with iOS 6.1.3.
The wireless HDs seem to as yet be flaky, and rather expensive.
