Hmm, I don't know the definition of host/slave or the specified application
areas for type A or B, but printers/scanners/etc _can_ initiate a
communication session. Just think of the cheapo all-in-one printer with a
button to start a scan...  It's not just the ability to provide or consume
power (5v) either.  Needs a bit of googling when I have more time...
Still anticipating arrival of Brian's new baby...
