Actually, Chuck, they already have a computer, of sorts.  That camera is 
essentially a computer.  Anything that will display digital images would 
be a computer.
I would suggest a netbook with as simple as possible of a viewing 
program to display the images.  With that many images, it looks to be 
necessary to sort them into galleries or folders and it might be best to 
use a separate program to take care of that.  ACDsee Free would probably 
work for the display part.  Something like Systweak Photo Album might 
take care of the organizing.  Just trying t keep it simple.  LOL 
Anything needs the capability of handling the SD card.
A tablet might be possible, if it does not require syncing to a 
computer.  Just stay away from the iPad.  It does a lousy job of 
handling images, as far as I am concerned.  And I do have one.  The 
display is great, but sorting and selecting them sucks.  And they are a 
bit expensive.
