I was going to bill them for $10,000 because I have a very special rate for
political entities that want to use my art. I don't usually associate my images
with politics, so I discourage potential customers by applying extremely high
licensing fees. (Not that I've actually had any potential customers in that
regard. Only one thief, caught with his or her pants down.) <g>
The advantage to paying the $10,000 would be that they could keep the image up
until Feb. 2014. <g>
