Well this is a first: yes, it's our first grandson (we have 2 lovely
granddaughters), but I met the beautiful little boy today and I took no
photos . . .
This was because Mum had had quite a hard time for a few days, leading up to
the birth (finally!) yesterday, and I judged it inappropriate to produce my
little X100S and start snapping away in the hospital room.
I felt a bit strange, coming away as I did without a photo, but I know that
it was the right thing to do. And our son is a keen photographer so we are
assured of a steady stream of photos :-)
