Well, that's their usual state around here. Must be a harder life there. 
Actually here were a couple eagles on the fence scrounging the freshly 
mowed field. They let other critters do the dirty work then steal from 
them. This is on a local "trophy ranch". No real farm could afford such 
a fence. Rob who built miles of it appreciated the work though.
