A new one has been built locally. It's a weird shape, a cross between a 
teardrop and a neuron. A local councillor freely admitted to me that they built 
it odd and misoriented (at considerable extra expense) to impede and confuse 
traffic and calm things down a bit. There was a minor road rage incident in the 
conversation immediately after that comment. No Christmas card for me from the 
Mayor this year then.
