Another more subtle question - OM3 vs OM3TI?

The OM3TI was built during the final years of the OM reign.  Was it 
assembled to a higher quality level?

And the infamous "battery drain PCB" was resolved by the time the OM3TI 
run was done.

But the rest of the camera, was the OM3TI a better camera than the OM3?
