Maybe the replacement for NAND flash memory used in our memory cards and
SSDs. Much faster, lower power, more reliable and up to 1TB on a
20x20mm chip. (note:typo in the press release says 200x200mm). Chips
are also stackable to make 3D arrays. Claim is 1 million write cycles
thus eliminating need for NAND flash wear leveling.
