Hi Jez,
First of all, thanks for looking. There is no slideshow mode, this is just
a plain web gallery created in LR and uploaded. But I am puzzled by the
problems you report. I have just clicked my way through the images using
the NEXT button, and it stays put at all times (on the Windows computer
that I am forced to use here at the office). At home I have a Mac and it
too behaves the same way.
The image size is 968 pixels on the long side, for all images. But even
when I go from a horizontal to a vertical image and vice versa, the NEXT
link stays put. What you report is really strange, and hard as I try, I
cannot reproduce it on my end :-(
