There will be a regulation that the security can remove anyone committing a
criminal act, including such things as assault and offensive behaviour.
providing a minor with alcohol is such an act. The problem is in the definition
of 'providing'. It is no longer possible to send your child down to the shop to
buy your cigarettes for you. But this is a stretch. Dumb stuff, unless the
security guard genuinely assumed that the farther was inviting the child to
take a drink.
