And my advice, Johnie, would be to rely almost entirely on Lightroom (Chuck's 
not impressed with it).  I should use LR to catalogue your images as well as to 
produce the RAW processes for you.

I use Aperture myself, not having liked LR the 2 times that I've tried it, but 
it's a similar application.
