Nope.  ISO ranges from: Auto 200 --> 25,600 in 1/3 stop steps. 
Scrolling the control beyond Auto on the left wraps to 25,600 on the 
right.  Scrolling past 25,600 on the right wraps to auto on the left. 
Going into the low level ISO settings allows various ISO related 
settings (eg: min/max allowed in auto mode) and 200 is the min and 
25,600 the max all all low level ISO setting menu entries.

It would appear that the designers do not use manual fill flash on 
brides in white gowns at noon.
