Ken,
        You have obviously never travelled mid Wales roads on a wet Sunday 
night in mid winter ! Very patchy mobile phone coverage with many black holes 
and dropouts. Even the sheep get scared!!! 1 would rather be prepared than 
"trust to luck"  :-O>
I have "roadside service"  but contacting them is the problem!
