Beautifully made things, certainly, and a joy to observe and hold. Is it
possible that I'm not just cheap, but have some
sort of philosophical/political objection to cameras and lenses that cost a
great deal? Some sort of photo gear socialism?
Fortunately, I have my 120 mm eq. 60/2.8 Macro to keep me company. It's price
and construction may seem plebeian, but
the performance is aristocratic. ;-)
