When I first saw the subject line I didn't think of a leaf blower.  When 
I was a high school kid and much into hot rods we called superchargers 
"blowers".  Apart from Roots superchargers (blowers) which were 
typically used on fuel dragsters

superchargers (blowers) at the time was the McCulloch blowers seen here. 
  Seeing that subject line made me wonder for a moment what are you 
driving these days. :-)
