Iceberg lettuce wedges are all the rage now. Take the cheapest, most
tasteless, most common lettuce you can buy, leaves with absolutely ZERO
nutritional value, whack the head into quarters, slap one on a plate, and
pour dressing over it. People pay good money for that. Why? I have no
freaking idea.
