It's actually a Windows service - you can see it in task manager.
Best $4.99 I have spent in a long time (spent it 5 times for 5 computers,
including the Dell Venue Pro 8 tablet).
The "modern" Win8 actually works very nicely on the Dell tablet with the
optional stylus pen instead of a mouse.

Sounds like a win, Steve. As a lazy X-windows user I have to say I have
found the '8 tablet UI to be worse than it's predecessors for normal
desktop/laptop use* - IM(NS)HO it's less efficient (because the click
turns into a click-drag) than it's predecessors.
For $4.99 I'd bet the tool is a script with a simple set of registry
switches (like turning off AeroSnap on 7).
