Maybe, but at Subway you have the choices. Of course if you get the cheese
steak footlong and lard thousand island dressing onto the salad, you will end
up with more calories than a Big Mac. But not if you get the veggie sub, for
example, or one of the lean meat ones, and choose your sauces wisely.
