He just needs two things to get it through -
1. To persuade the media to call it a 'cull', not a 'slaughter'. (shocking lack
of objectivity).
2. For a small child to be attacked/injured by one. (preferably a nice, blonde,
middle-class one with an attractive, articulate mother).
