It depends. If that computer is only used for photo stuff, and you're
happy with your current versions and can't see yourself upgrading, then yes.
But if you use it for anything else, like internet, you will start to
discover that the browser companies will stop supporting XP, and the
antivirus companies will stop supporting XP, and many websites will stop
supporting older browsers, and many plugin authors will stop supporting
older browsers...
Same thing with email apps.
So, you risk being left behind in an insecure, mostly-inaccessible online
world.
