[OM] Confirmed, bad year continues for Monarchs

Spotted very few on the counts I went on with NABA.  Poor turnout  over
wintering in Mexico.  Hope they recover.

Plant some milkweed out there.
Marnie has told me never to plant anything with "weed" in its name but
I planted some milkweed variant  that isn't very invasive.
