I'm hoping it fixes whatever happened.  It's really a remarkable program 
when it works as intended.  Mine's running on a Mac, but same thing applies.

I do exactly the same thing.  I treat them as "cd's" for software 
installs.  They're all in a common folder, and easy enough to replace 
when you download an updated version.
