I like Topaz B&W Effects. I've been using it for a long time. I tried
Silver Efex, DxO Filmpack, and Alienskin Exposure as well as Topaz before
deciding which to buy, and I liked the conversion I got with Topaz better.
It also costs a hell of a lot less, only $60.
