I like 35mm a little better for that, but have found that I'm cropping
the edges a little more for various reasons, so 28mm (2:3 format)
works pretty well.

If I'm being totally honest, though, I'm finding the 28/2 to be
slightly off. The lens is great, but it is so highly corrected that it
is almost brutal. I like the lens, but don't love the lens. I love the
24/2.8. It's strange, but it's one of those lenses that is fantastic
in every way, but just doesn't feel normal. I guess that I'm not used
to using lenses that good and it makes me nervous.
