Sounds about right. The difference between this and salmorejo, which I consider 
the true expression of gazpacho, is that salmorejo has bread in it, and is 
garnished with the veggies plus chopped egg and Iberian ham. When we make it, 
we cut down on the oil to make it lighter. If you use a good flavoured olive 
oil, you don’t need as much.
