     There are three instances of W32Time.dll, and there is "Date and Time" in 
the control panel, but I'm not certain if it's working.  The NISTime.exe takes 
a bit of getting used to (do NOT set it to run in background), but I would like 
to find something a bit more flexible that will automatically run on startup.

     I'm going to look through the links on NIST and see what's available out 
there later on.
