I like the first two but Pancho needs a drastic reduction in highlights
as well as an overall reduction in exposure. In Photoshop I pulled the
highlights all the way to the left and reduced exposure by 0.25. Then
the background no longer competes with the subject and Pancho's color is
much richer.
ps: How did he lose his feet?

Hit Original to view large. The third one is Poncho, my poor rooster with
no feet. He gets better every day and is now crowing and showing interest
in the hens. The other roosters are scared of him.
