We’ve just had our Annex re-roofed, in plain concrete tiles.  The old concrete 
pantiles were too heavy for the structure, we were advised.  It would have been 
prettier with clay tiles, but the cost would have been too high.

Concrete doesn’t corrode . . . ;-)
