We’ve got ‘em around here. They play hell with outside cats, though our 
neighbors have a white and black cat that has survived for years now. Come to 
think of it, though, I haven’t seen that cat since earlier this summer. Sigh.

Every now and again when I’m walking somewhere in the dark I remember the 
coyotes and quicken my step a bit. Don’t recall any attacks on people, though. 
There seems to be a large enough cat population to keep them happy.
