No, I missed that one. I might pick it up, if not for the additional $40-50 mill for redecoration. Way too tacky for me,

If I make my big nut, billions, I'll see what it would cost to buy San Simeon from the State. I don't know if Hearst had
taste, but he could hire it, in the form of Julia Morgan, and buy it, in the form of whole rooms from Europe.
