Assuming that they're both USB connected, and that you have a means of
setting different names/queues for them, then there shouldn't be an issue.
Recent versions of Windows even include a printer pooling feature which I
understand is easy to set up if both printers are the same make and model.

Doing it with different makes/models would be problematic, due to the
differing printer drivers, but might be able to be done if both used a
common driver, like postscript.
