I don't think it's amazing. Just a matter of functional demand or lack thereof. How many PC users need to feed and balance 3 printers simultaneously?

Recent versions of Windows even include a printer pooling feature which I
understand is easy to set up if both printers are the same make and model.

Doing it with different makes/models would be problematic, due to the
differing printer drivers, but might be able to be done if both used a
common driver, like postscript.
