This past Monday it rained slowly for most of the day, but that did not
stop me from driving all the way out to Sun City to pick up this almost
pristine 1976 Peugeot UO-18C mixtie:

It has just a few scratches here and there, and must have been in
storage for more than a couple of decades as the tyres and inner tubes are
hard as rocks and the bearing grease was just short of becoming solid. This
is more of a rejuvenation project rather than a restoration as it has all of
the original parts and just needs to be cleaned and lubricated.
My cycling friend is wanting to take it out for a ride, which is a good
thing as I've been trying to get her to ride a classic bike for years.
