Yes Thanks Nathan, I am with Chris though I am suspicious of such large organisations because they have an impossible task - there are too many cultural differences between nations and however idealistic the people are, that will never change, people seem to need to identify with smaller clubs be it a country or much smaller to have the feeling of identity.

However the EU needs to be clear about what it is doing, people should be able to know if the petitions are alarmist or not and I think the worry is that if restrictive legislation can be implemented without fuss then more and more restrictive legislation will come.

Chris, it seems the EU are being more open about the TTIP <http://ec.europa.eu/trade/policy/in-focus/ttip/about-ttip/> I still don't want it the freemarket has I think not benefited the populas as a whole, some have done very very well but most suffer. This will be a huge problem as we get more automated and less people work, its a big task for society to solve and I worry for my kids and their future.

Thanks very much for explaining that, Nathan. That was instructive and it
confirmed some of what I had suspected.

Wikipedia has been worried, however, that it would not be able to use images,
that it would be considered commercial use.

Finally, it doesn’t surprise me that some have jumped to inaccurate
conclusions; it seems that few people trust the machinations of the EU, the Parliament or the
Commission. Much of its operation appears to be obscure or remote, some of it secretive. An
example of the latter is TTIP . . .
